Tam’s Montreal Chicken Seasoning Blend
Yield: approximately 7 – 8 cups
2 cup coarse ground black pepper
1 cup kosher salt
8 tbsp red pepper
1 cup garlic powder
1 cup onion powder
6 tbsp (3 ounces) paprika
6 tbsp (3 ounces) dill seed
6 tbsp (3 ounces) parsley
6 tbsp (3 ounces) Zatarain’s Dehydrated Bell Pepper
6 tbsp (3 ounces) McCormick’s Gourmet Valencia Orange Peel
Mix or blend well and store in airtight container at room temperature.
