This Amish buttermilk salad dressing is so very quick and easy to make and so delicious! It will keep for a week refrigerated, but it rarely lasts more than a couple of days in this household!
Buttermilk Salad Dressing
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups buttermilk
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
Whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight sealed in a clean jar or an airtight container. Stir or shake just before serving.
Will keep one week refrigerated.
Yield: 2 cups
